CANCELLATION POLICY
-you have 24 hours before your appointment to either cancel or reschedule your appointment with no loss of deposit, any reschedulingcancelled appointments less of 24 hours will lose your deposit an and another one will have to be placed, no exceptions. -I have a 10 min late policy, after the 10 minute mark from your scheduled lash appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. -all no call no shows(someone who doesn’t communicate that they would be running late or even coming to their appointment at all after 10 minutes of the appointment start time) will be charged 100 of the services booked
